Coffee, good or bad? The question on everyone's lips. But just like most things, too much of a good thing can be bad.
Coffee has negative effects on our body but also have various benefits to it. Not only can your daily cup of joe help you feel more energized, burn fat and improve physical performance, it may also lower your risk of several conditions, such as type 2 diabetes, cancer and Alzheimer's and Parkinson's disease. Yes, so much to consider.
In this week's episode we talk about the pros and cons of drinking coffee. We also give you a few tips if you decide that it is time to wean of coffee to get rid of that coffee addiction.
