Ladies, today we have the honour to learn from a male health coach and yoga instructor, David Conway. In this episode he shares his passion for helping men living a healthier lifestyle by changing habits and incorporating yoga as part of their health journey.
David’s yoga and health coaching journey began several years ago, when he turned to a daily practice and healthy lifestyle changes to manage his own busy stressful life. He champions yoga and this healthier lifestyle as the antidote for anyone else suffering burn-out from the daily grind!
Spending over 30 years as a police officer, the last 20 as a detective, in an extremely demanding role, he puts his good health and sanity down to his own positive health journey and support of his family.
He is passionate about helping others to feel the benefits of a regular yoga practice and having a coach to guide, support and to keep them accountable. In particular, he supports male clients by encouraging them to give it a go, so they can begin their own yoga and positive health journeys.
He enjoys a busy family lifestyle which involves plenty of energetic outdoor activities, with his wife and children.
Dave’s Health and Life coach training is accredited by the International Coaching Federation. He is a member of the UK Health Coach Association and Federation of Holistic Therapists (UK). He is also qualified Yoga Teacher (200YTT,YACEP) and registered with the YAI.
