There is this misconception that in order for us to be successful we need to keep on moving, non-stop. This leads the mind to overwhelm and stress and eventually we will burn out.
This is where the power of rest comes in. We need to schedule rest in our diaries or make it part of our daily routine to rejuvenate our mind and energize our body. Rest is productive, strangely as it may sound, but it prevents us from burnout and help us to refocus and show up in all the areas of our lives.
