Having fun can greatly improve your quality of life. Laughing in itself is a quick way to release tension and improve your mood, but having fun also have some effects on our wellness in general. When we grow up, we forget that life is constantly changing and we may enjoy the good moments, instead we focus on the bad ones and this clouds our good ones.
