From the boxes of chocolates in the office kitchen and under the Christmas tree to the eggnog and Christmas cookies at home, we will be facing so many temptations this holiday season and if we're not careful, we could find ourselves falling of the wagon again and back into bad habits.
This episode is not about how you should stick to your healthy eating and exercise routine but rather how to not completely fall of track with some tips and tools, but still enjoy the Christmas season.
Loosen the reins a bit over Christmas. Don’t make it to hard for yourself during this time and don’t make too strict rules. It's important to give yourself permission to indulge.
